CAREER STAGE

The Forever Young Marketing Plan is called The Forever Young International Income Plan (FYIIP). Under the FYIIP, everyone starts as a Distributor and begins working upwards to achieve higher levels. There are altogether 5 achievement levels. Promotion from one level to another is strictly through meeting performance qualifications. At each achievement level, attractive incentives are lined up to reward the Distributor and to spur him/her to work towards the next higher level. In this way, the higher the level, the more incentives to be enjoyed.

The FYIIP is a fair, equitable and rewarding plan and when worked at persistently and systematically it is a great way to financial independence.

Maintain minimum personal PV 120 each month.
Generate an accumulated Net Group PV of 10.000.

Maintain minimum personal PV 120 each month.
Develop 2 directly-sponsored NM, each producing Gross Group PV 30.000 respectively within the same 3 month period.

Types of Incentives
1. Retailing Profit (RP) 10%-25% of DP(HD)
2. Quantity Discount (QD) 10%-32% of BV
3. Net Group Development Bonus (NDB) 2% of total BV
4. Special Incentive (SI) 1% of total BV
5. Leadership Bonus (LB) 23% of total BV
6. Productivity Bonus (PB) 1,5% of total BV
7. Motorbike Ownership Subsidy (MOS) Rp85.000 - Rp230.000/month
8. Vehicle Ownership Subsidy (VOS) 4% of total BV
9. Subsidi Pengembangan Profesionalisme (SPP) 2% of total BV
10. Executive Leadership Bonus (ELB) 2% of total BV
11. Cash Away (CA) - twice a year Rp500.000 - Rp6.000.000
12. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) Rp10.000.000 - Rp200.000.000
